Miscellaneous Tab Screen

Use this screen to select Other Charges (such as towing, or storage) and to insert them into the estimate, or, to remove Other Charges from an estimate.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
Rate Table	The rate table name is displayed in this field. This field cannot be edited.
Add Charge Category	Use this option to add a user defined charge category.
Code	This is the charge category code. The code is displayed in the estimate lines.
Category	This is the category of the Other Charge, whether user defined or supplied with the program. The charge category is taken from the Other Charges table. You do not have access to this field. If you want to use a category that does not appear in the list, you can add it by selecting the Add Charge Category option from the toolbar.
(tax type selection columns)	The taxes that will be applied to the different charge categories. There is a column for each tax type. You can change the taxes to be applied by checking the appropriate boxes if the estimate has not been locked.
